I’m excited about Deltek’s new community here on MySMPS.  We created this community to provide a forum for Deltek customers, and anyone interested in Deltek products, to share information, exchange ideas, and hone their skills.

DELTEK Wish List

I would like to know what other Architecture firms of comparable size are doing with their CRM product. We've been told by DELTEK that they would be happy to let us know how larger Arch firms organize their interface, and what are the industry "best practices" for this product, but we have received no answers to this date.
